Cloudflare hosts everything and draws pictures, Anthropic reads sites and writes drafts, OpenAI draws a picture only when a better picture is asked for, Stripe takes payment and Resend sends email.
The platforms you connect receive what you send them, as their own controllers. Your own AI assistant is yours, not a sub-processor.

Cloudflare, Inc.
Does: hosting, database, file storage, scheduling, Workers AI pictures, rendering artwork, and Turnstile. Handles: all service data. Where: Cloudflare's global network.
Anthropic, PBC
Does: reads a product's site and writes drafts. Handles: the site's page text, the style sheet and what you ask for. Where: United States.
OpenAI, L.L.C.
Does: draws a picture, only when a better picture is asked for on a piece. Handles: the picture's description, with no personal data. Where: United States.
Stripe
Does: takes payment and hosts the billing page. Handles: your email and the card details entered on Stripe's pages. Where: under Stripe's own terms.
Resend, Inc.
Does: sends account and schedule emails. Handles: your email address and the email's content. Where: United States.

Each platform you connect receives what you publish to it, under its own terms. An AI assistant you connect over MCP is your own tool. Changes to this list are announced here first; questions go to privacy@billboardbadger.com.
