The short version
Disconnect a channel, delete a product, or delete the whole account from its page, and what each held is gone at once. Nothing needs an email, and nothing waits for a person.
A request made through Instagram or Facebook comes with a confirmation code, which can be checked below.

Disconnect a channel
Deletes that connection's tokens and stops all sending to it. Posts already published stay on the platform, which is where you delete them.
Delete a product
Deletes its style sheet, drafts, artwork and schedule.
Delete the account
From the account page, with your email and password. Any subscription is cancelled first, every connection is revoked, and everything else is deleted. Backups age out within 30 days.
Instagram and Facebook
Removing Billboard Badger in your Instagram or Facebook settings sends a deletion request, which deletes that connection's tokens and identifiers and gives you a confirmation code.

Anything else goes to privacy@billboardbadger.com, answered within one month.
